Application Research On Simulation And Optimization Of Running State In Water Flooding System

Water flooding system is a complex hydrodynamic system, which is a big scale, covers large area,.and delivers a lot of water into ground continuously everyday, so the power consumption of the system is also enormous. With the depth development of the oilfield, the scale of the water floodding system is also growing. Since the pipe network updates increasingly and the new control technology of water injection pumps is applied, application and research on simulation and optimization technology in water flooding system are important means to realize advanced management, ecomonic running and scientific decision in oilfield.In this paper, the hydraulic analysis simulation model is established on oilfield water injection system. Based on the characteristics of the model, simplified strategy and method of pipeline hydraulic friction coefficient correction are put forward. Then the simulation models of depth and ordinary water injection system are calculated. The calculation results are verified and calculation error satisfies the requirement of actual production.Optimazation models of different production status are set up. in view of more optimazation variables and more complex constraints of the models, genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimazation model. Combine genetic algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm and multi-level optimization method, the new solving strategy is applied.On the basis of investment and operation cost, mathematical model for pipe network reconstruction of water injection system is set up. The optimization algorithm is combined with the engineering experience, design experience and computer interface are established.Based on C++ Builder, the simulation and optimazation software of Sabei oilfield water flooding system is developed. The software can calculate and analyse running state of water flooding system using production datas to guide the production of oilfield water flooding system.
