In this paper, Firstly, The wear resistant and microstructure of Common domestic electrodes are analyzed systematically. Common domestic deposited metal matrix microstructure can be divided into the following categories:1) eutectic Ledeburite or Martensite, Hardness over HRC 50, the wear resistance is great, while crack resistance is poor; 2) matrix structure is the coarse Ferrite, the wear resistance is poor; 3) matrix structure is alloying Austenitic, hardness of deposited metal under welded state is not high, wear resistance closely relate to C, W, V, Mo and other alloying elements, simultaneously their behavior in the microstructure.Then aiming to research the factors that affect wear resistance mechanism of D907 hardfacing deposited metal nonequilibrium microstructure, The development of manganese-based which can impact peening electrode. Surrounding ten groups domestic manganese electrodes of coating to adjust the formulation of alloy powder. Firstly, deposited metal welding, the chemical composition, Rockwell hardness, wear resistance of welded stated and microstructure are tested; Secondly, the alloying influence deposited metal wear resistance of D907 non-equilibrium microstructure are conducted; Ultimately, the optimization of D907 deposited metal impact hardening are tested, delves into the wear resistant mechanism of processable deposited metal. Research indicates:Joining tungsten iron, molybdenum iron into D907 manganese hardfacing electrode’s coating could improve the hardness of deposited metal. With 1 g of tungsten iron is added, the HRC of deposited metal could increase 0.933; 1 g of tungsten iron is added, the HRC of deposited metal could increase 0.233; Increasing carbon and ferrochrome into Coating, had no significant effect on improving the hardness of deposited metal, but tend to decrease the hardness of deposited metal.D907 deposited metal are mechanically treated after welding, its hardness and wear resistance are effectively improved. Under the 50 J/cm2 of impact energy, By impact 100 times, the matrix Austenitic generate a lot of interleaved slip bands and twins, simultaneously evoke deformation-induced Martensite; the hardness of deposited metal increase to HRC50 or more,the maximum amount of wear reduced to the original 1/4.
