Research On The Application And Popularization Of Logging Well Tractor

The amount of horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield has increased every year which makes the horizontal well logging technology widely used recent years. At present, the Great Wall logging company has successfully developed with independent intellectual property rights of well logging tractor, but due to the imperfect tractor transport technology and the incomplete supporting auxiliary tools, it has not been able to put into production.Therefore,we conducted the research on the subject of logging well tractor.We developed a range of logging related tools and carried out a series of experiments on its performance and security aspects based on the logging well tractor which has been successfully developed and the horizontal well logging technology exploration to coveying several apparatus under different well conditions. The result comes froms these experiments demonstrates that these tools are able to support the application of simulated horizontal well with their reliable performance and good practicability.In order to further investigating the practicability and security of the logging well tractor system, we carried on the experimental research respectively under the codition of vertical and horizontal well. Meanwhile, the preliminary exploration on production specification of logging well tractor has been executed. Both of the above laid a solid foundation for the next production tests.Ultimately, we established the construction technology for different well conditions and various apparatus, recorded the data of liquid producing profile log and cement bond log through the application of logging well tractor in horizontal wells.These applications shows that the construction technology based on the well tractor is reasonable and the research on the application and popularization of logging well tractor has been further advancing which lays a strong foundation for its maturity.
