With the continuous development of modern industrial production, air pollution has become our concerned problem. Especially NO_x pollution control is imminent. Although the circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) has low nitrogen combustion technology, discharge much lower NO, emissions than common pulverized coal furnace boiler. But after the power plant air pollutants emission standards issued, most of the existing or newly built coal-fired power plant NO_x emission has already can’t meet the standard requirements of the unit discharge limits. Therefore, the management of circulating fluidized bed boiler NO_x emissions, or flue gas denitration technology is very necessary.The mainstream of the boiler flue gas denitration technology in industrial application has two main types:selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology and the technology of selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR). And circulating fluidized bed boiler with fuel ash mass fraction and low NO, emission, leading to poor implementation of SCR denitration technology economy, therefore, SNCR denitration technology is better. And developed by Dongfang boiler, SNCR CFB boiler denitration system is simple, easy to mainten, with high denitration efficiency after project implementation and less influence on boiler running economy at the same time, the equipment is reliable. So Jinghai power plant adopted the SNCR denitration technology, in this article, the main research is to study the influence on the boiler and its ancillary equipment based on SNCR reform.This article mainly aims at Inner Mongolia Jinghai power plant LTD (Jinghai power plant for short) and 2 x 330 MW CFB unit selective catalytic reduction (SNCR) flue gas denitration system. According to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region environmental protection bureau issued the "twelfth five-year plan" main pollutant total amount reduction target responsibility that focus on emission reduction projects, definitely require Jinghai power plant # 1 and # 2 unit denitration device for the construction of the renovation. In this paper, by studying the mechanism of NO, formation and control of circulating fluidized bed boiler, according to the reaction principle and technology features of SNCR technology, combined with characteristics of CFB boiler of Jinghai power plant, through the analysis of different reducing agent such as urea and liquid ammonia and field studies can be found that urea is the best choice for Jinghai power plant of reductant, NO, concentration can effectively control the flue gas, denitration efficiency can reach 40%~70%. Through the experiment analyzes the different influence factors’ impact on the efficiency of the unit such as reaction time, ammonia nitrogen ratio, initial concentration of NOX and smoke components. Considering the denitration efficiency, technical, operational characteristics and issues of cost and investment, to summarize Jinghai power plant using SNCR technology application status.
