Our group through pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process detecting antibiotic in Yin Chuan, make sure the distribution of antibiotic concentration. Synthesis of two adsorbent throug h optimization craft which they are easily separated and have a good adsorption properties. By wastewater chemical oxygen demand (COD) as an indicator campared to the activated carbon in Ningxia to investigate the synthetic adsorbent to reduce the COD of sewage. The paper consists of the following parts:1. Experiments were designed and synthesized polyvinyl benzene sulfonate polymer adsorbent material contains more functional groups. Can efficiently remove sulfa antibiotics of water, the removal rate of 83%-97%, the Langmuir adsorption isotherm data model and quasi-second-order equationis very well, Membrane diffusion is rate-limiting step of the adsorption process; spontaneous, endothermic, physical and chemical adsorption coexistence; π-π effect, hydrophobic and electrostatic adsorption force contribution to the adsorption.2. This chapter synthesis of magnetic graphene with metal supported is larger than the surface area of the commom adsorbent material, and study on tetracycline antibiotics adsorption. The result shows that the material of the adsorption capacity TC, CTC and OTC are all higher than 500mg/g, tetracycline antibiotics adsorption performance significantly enhanced removal (removal rate of 99.75%-99.91%), the amount of adsorption and adsorption rate were significantly improved, Langmuir adsorption isotherm and quasi-second-order kinetic model is suitable, the adsorption rate of the multiple effects of particle diffusion and external mass transfer; surface adsorption mechanism is considered complex metal ions, electrostatic interaction and cation bridge interaction.3. Two adsorbents were applied by taking tetracycline manufacturer sewage and compared to activated carbon. The results showed that the adsorbent not only to tetracycline has a good adsorption performance and wastewater COD removal efficiency with good results. Key effects of pH, ionic strength were studied on the removal of COD and dynamic desorption experiments. When the pH=6, at room temperature, when initial COD of antibiotic up to 100mg/L, adsorption of COD can be reduced to 60mg/L, and meet the national wastewater discharge standards. This research for cleaner production or management provide technical support, to reduce COD of wastewater effectively and improve the water quality of the environment, protecting human health.
