| Nowadays, the concept of green and low carbon gradually becomes the main melody of the social activities. In the product life cycle, including product design, manufacturing, transportation, use, recycling and other stages of the product, the demand of environment is more and more high. In the automotive industry, scrap vehicles in China shows a rapid growth trend, and the dismantling of scrap cars has a very significant impact on the natural environment. How to reduce the impact on the environment of the automobile dismantling process to the greatest extent has become a research focus of scientific and technological workers, which is of great significance for the development of circular economy and environmental protection.Based on analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign automobile dismantling and recycling technologies, under the support of the National High Technology Research and Development Program ("863"), based on the green recovery method, the dismantling and recycling of scrapped automobiles were studied systematically. The main research work is as follows:The disassembly sequence planning model of auto parts was established, and the disassembly planning method based on the green and low carbon target was put forward. According to the vehicle dismantling process and disassembly task planning the layout scheme of automobile dismantling line, a high efficiency and environmental protection of parallel disassembly line model was established, and an effective parallel disassembly planning algorithm was designed, which made disassembly more efficient and energy saving.Based on CAMDS database, a kind of dismantling information system of scrapped automobile was designed, and a set of RRR application management program was developed to guide the disassembly line to recycle the auto parts efficiently with green. The information management system of the disassembly line was established, which made the disassembly line work efficiency and order.The concept of carbon emission from automobile assembly was put forward; the specific methods of quantitative product disassembly of carbon emission were given. Through product dismantling carbon emission values, we can make an objective evaluation of the environmental friendliness of product disassembly. At the same time, we can also give the disassembling performance design for feedback, which makes the product throughout the life cycle become more and more low carbon and environmental protection. |
