Oriented strand board was made by trail material or thinning timber etc, through processing equipment to make shavings which 40-70mm length,5~20mm wide and thick 0.3-0.7mm, then directional hot forming to make the board. Compared with other wood-based panel, the structure of OSB is more stable and strength, it’s wide utilization in building components, interior decoration, product packaging, transportation, audio equipment, handicrafts etc. Due to the continuous reduction of big-diameter wood, the cost of plywood is rising, while the OSB has low cost, and the utilization rate of raw materials can reach more than 85%, so OSB is a kind of environmental protection and energy saving material. At present, oriented strand board is developing more and more rapidly in our country, many furniture manufacturers use OSB as raw materials to make furniture, but now the use of OSB in furniture manufacturers has no unified standard fittings, generally use the unified standard fittings of fiberboard or particleboard furniture as a reference, but the material properties of the oriented strand board are very different from that of the fiberboard and particleboard, the bonding strength of the oriented strand board furniture parts is uncertainty in this fitting standard, this has restricted the development of oriented strand board furniture.Therefore, this paper has studied such aspects as the characteristic of the drawing strength of eccentric fittings and the fixed connecting piece barb, the analysis of the experimental results draws a comparatively good ratio between oriented hole and inbuilt nut of eccentric fittings and the fixed connecting piece barb in OSB, the ultimate pull-out capacity and the uplift resistance on this ratio; make T-type and L-type joints according to the above conclusions and analysis the bending mechanical properties of -type and L-type in eccentric fittings, the fixed connecting piece barb and column nut fittings;get the unitary linear regression equation between deflection and load of T-type and L-type joints; analysis the simulation flexural rigidity and ultimate bending moment of the joints; study on the strengthening process of nylon inbuilt nut eccentric fittings joints; based on the above experiments concluded that:1)The utmost drawing strength of nylon inbuilt nut eccentric fittings declining with the increase of a which is the ratio of oriented hole and inbuilt nut, the drawing strength attained comparatively high level when a is about 0.91; while the utmost drawing strength of metal inbuilt nut eccentric fittings shows a tend of declining after reach the maximum with the increase of a, the drawing strength attained comparatively high level when a is about 0.91.2)The utmost drawing strength of the fixed connecting piece barb is directly proportional to the length of inbuilt nut,Φ6*15mm has great drawing strength in Φ6*10mm、Φ6*13mm、Φ6*15mm, the utmost drawing strength of the fixed connecting piece barb shows a tend of declining after reach the maximum with the increase of a, the drawing strength attained comparatively high level when a is about 0.91.3)Establish unitary linear regression equation between deflection and load of T-type and L-type joints in eccentric fittings、the fixed connecting piece barb、column nuts, analysis the simulation flexural rigidity and ultimate bending moment of the three kinds of joints, the simulation flexural rigidity and ultimate bending moment of T-type is greater than L-type when use the same fittings, the damage of the structure of L-type is greater than T-type.4)The simulation flexural rigidity and ultimate bending moment of column nuts joints is the greatest, after that is the fixed connecting piece barb joints and metal inbuilt nut eccentric fittings joints, nylon inbuilt nut eccentric fittings joints rank last in these fittings.5)The failure load is greater when use dowel and eccentric fittings than use eccentric fittings only under the same condition. The simulation flexural rigidity and ultimate bending moment is promoted when use dowel and eccentric fittings than use eccentric fittings only.
