Silver nanowires as one-dimensional inorganic nanomaterials, which have unique physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics, because of their small size effect, quantum effects, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect and surface effect. Silver nanomaterial is widely used in fields of Photoelectric, catalysis, biology and sensor at present. Silver nanowires have efficient electrical, thermal conductivity and flex resistance, silver nanowires network has high electronic conductivity and light transmittance. The transparent conductive films based on silver nanowires (Ag NWs) has highly conductive, transparent and flex resistance properties. The superior performance of silver nanowires transparent conductive film makes it become the most promising alternative to conventional rigid indium tin oxide semiconductor transparent conductive film, which has attracted wide attention. A series of physical parameters such as size, morphology and structure have a significant impact to silver nanowires properties. So the control synthesis of different forms silver nanomaterial, including particles, rods and nanowires, is of great importance.This article explored the one step-polyol method to prepare the silver nanomaterial. In addition, it investigated the effect of different process parameters of the silver nanowires’ preparation, mainly focusing on the concentration ratio of PVP and AgNO3, the molecular weight of PVP, the reaction temperature, the nucleation control agent and other process parameters, which affect the morphology and structure of product, the controllable dimension of AgNWs was finally realized. After a series of experiments, the article developed the system in ethylene glycol reduction of silver nanowires prepared under optimal experimental program. The result of amplifying experiment of this program showed that one-dimensional silver nanowires is still main probuct. This program shows better stability and repeatability, which had the possibility of mass production. This paper also studied the influence of mixed solvent on the preparation of silver nanowires, got a simple and efficient method of regulating silver nanostructure and morphology.The silver nanowires based transparent conductive film was coated onto the PET and glass substrate, and the optical and electrical properties were tested. The effect of different capacity was studied in detail, and this article compared the performance of optical and electrical of the two transparent conductive films. These transparent conductive films all showed excellent photoelectric performance and smooth surface, and the AgNWs-PET film owned good flexibility performance.
