This feature is suitable for indoor work out the block oil water and oil-based drilling fluids, and construction site application well in 1865.This paper was starting from the processing of oil base drilling fluid agent, the indoor research and performance evaluation of drilling fluid. The optimized treatment agent for oil-based drilling fluid, and the main treatment agent emulsifier, organic clay, filtration reducing agent and wetting agent were the best dosage, ultimately determine the indoor formulation system: 80%0# diesel +20% CaCl2 saline(concentration 30%) +1.75% PE+ 1% SE+1.25% organic auxiliary emulsifier soil 2+1.5% filtrate reducer 3+2% CaO+ weighting materials; and the rheological property of the system and antipollution was evaluated, oil based drilling fluid emulsion stability with good indoor, has good rigidity, low water loss; anti water invasion ability is good, when fresh water volume reached 15%, the stability of drilling fluid system has little power the changes of rheological properties and antipollution; poor soil is better, when the poor soil dosage is lower than 10%, the electrical stability of the drilling fluid, rheology and filtration rate changes small.Oil-based drilling fluid is applied in the well H1865 Third Spud Section in Azerbaijan HOVSAN oilfield, through the study of oil-based drilling fluid formulation methods, We can know that Azerbaijan pot method for the preparation of drilling fluids can improve system performance and stability by an appropriate extension of time. Powders and individual pressure sealant would undermine the stability of drilling fluid power; barite, calcium carbonate, and wetting agents Sinol-WT can be used in the drilling process due to they have the smaller impact on viscosity, shear and breaking voltage.Oil-base drilling fluid in H1865 well application effect is good, demulsification voltage rises gradually, the electrical stability increases gradually; Rheological properties is good, strong shale inhibition, caliper rules, the expansion rate is low. Through analyzing cost H1865 Wells, oil-based drilling fluid has good economic benefit in field application. |
