The Productivit y C onstructi on Project for Block A is one of the key productivity construction projects of t he Ninth Oil Extraction Plant in 2015, the development of which has t otal ly distributed 230 oil and water wells(143 oil wells and 87 wat er inject ion wells), havi ng bui lt the capacity of 22.88×104t/a. According the di stribution, the wells are divided i nto four bl ocks of GU 693, GU 682, GU 683 and BIG 146. After res earch, the construct ion methods of the Oil and Gas Gat hering and Transportat ion System has been determined as follows: a new oil t ransfe r station is built in GU 693 Block--MAO II Oi l Transfer St ati on with 4 oi l gathering rooms, using "four in one" treatment process inside the station and mono-tube annular water collecting oil proce ss outside; the oil wells east of the railways i n BIG 146 Block are connected to MAO I Oil Transfer Station, using mono-tube annular water collecting oil process; the liquid production from the oil wells in GU 682 Block, GU 683 Block and west of the railways in BIG 146 Block is transported to the XIN I Unite Station to be dealt with. The out- transportation oi l and the gas pipelines of M AO II are both connected t o MAO I and then trans ported to XIN I Unite S tation.In this paper, through comparative analysis, the Oil and Gas Gather ing and Transportat ion Sys tem Construction methods for Block A are determ ined.
