| Facing with the shortage of the back-up resources and the increasing cost of development, it is extremely difficult to ensure stable and high oil production under the attack of low oil price. And the oil waste owing to the formation of aging oil undoubtedly worsens the already grave situation. Consequently, it is of great importance to find a effective method to handling aging oil.In this paper, we use conventional crude and aging oil in sewage setting tank of the first combination station in chaoyanggou which attaches to the Tenth Oil Production of DaQing Oilfield as research objects. Through comparison testing between aging oil and conventional oil in the same zone, the change of conventional produced fluid and aging oil in composition, structure and property were studied to find out the influence factors and the reasons that make the dewatering process of aging oil difficulty from the tiny view and macro view.Through the microscopic observation of aging oil under the condition of high temperature, the change of emulsion particle size along with settling time can be observed, the results show that thermochemical sedimentation play a positive role in prompting coalescence of water in aging water. However, it has no significant influence on water coalescence only depend on the increasing of sedimentation time. Conductivity test was also be conducted to demonstrate that the effect of electric dehydrator is not good. Using temperature and dosage as two temps in static sedimentation experiment, we analyzed the dehydration effect of aging oil in different conditions.The technical parameters and process of handling aging oil were determined by studying on the physical nature of aging oil and static dehydration experiment. The method that two-level centrifugation used with thermochemical sedimentation was established to deal with aging oil in sewage settling tank of the first combination station of chaoyanggou. Based on the monitoring data, Two-level centrifugation fitted with thermochemical sedimentation is considered to be the best method to deal with aging oil. |
