| It is hard for China’s crude oil production to meet the needs of national economic development, it is necessary for us to develop heavy crude economically ang efficiently to supplement the conventional oil production.Heavy crude in west slope area of Daqing Oilfield has some features, such as shallow buried reservoir, high viscosity of crude oil, thin thickness of oil layer and unconsolidated reservoir,there`s no successful experience for us to borrow to develop thin bed heavy crude, it is necessary for us to pilot test for heavy oil steam soaking In order to deepen the understanding of the characteristics of the geological characteristics and steam stimulation development of heavy oil reservoir and scientific and effective use of heavy oil resources in the west.At present, widely used in the country is the way of thermal recovery of flat well network,the core technology is to improve the utilization efficiency of energy, energy saving, control sand, we should prevent the formation of excessive sand to improve the stability of production to maintain normal operation of production equipment. We add auxiliary chemicals in soakage and steam flood to improve development effect.Based on the existing thermal recovery technology of steam soaking, the geological features of the target block are considered. Based on the geological features and physical properties of the reservoir in the Jiang37 block, from the point of view of thermal recovery plan design of heavy oil reservoir, through the research on the pilot test of steam soak in the target block, the dynamic change law characteristics of the shallow thin layer heavy oil reservoir are further defined, a method for numerical simulation of the reasonable thermal recovery parameters of shallow heavy oil reservoirs is presented with the use of numerical simulation model and historical fitting, the thermal recovery scheme for thin oil reservoir is determined.The method presented in this paper is applicable to shallow thin layer heavy oil reservoir, compared with the general thermal mining method, this scheme is more pertinent to the shallow thin layer heavy oil reservoir, It can greatly improve the efficiency and economic value of this kind of oil reservoir, and it has important guiding significance for the oil field to improve oil recovery. |
