Drilling horizontal wells, highly deviated wells, extended reach wells, when the complex structure well drill cuttings continuously broken rock particles, debris particles under gravity, easily deposited in horizontal wells, highly deviated wells, extended reach wells, complex by lining structure wells cuttings bed formation, through on-site experience and a large number of experiments show that the theory of interior cuttings bed is easy between the deviated well and horizontal well sections(deviation angle of about 45 ~ 90 °) are formed. If the lower wall of the deposition of cuttings beds are not clear and better control of the drilling process will result in many serious problems. Therefore, this article focuses on the horizontal section concentric annulus drilling fluid and turbulent flow of drilling fluid turbulence brought on rock and model, and the prediction with the experimental data were compared to verify the reliability of the model.Based on the solid liquid two phase flow model and the drilling fluid concentric annulus laminar flow model, obtained the concentric annulus drill string rotating under the condition of drilling fluid turbulent flow together with rock rule and experience formula. At the same time a large number of indoor experiments, using the orthogonal experimental design method and the control variable method, by changing various parameters that influence efficiency of drilling fluid with rock, observe the experiment phenomenon, and the solution is the records of experimental data regression to the theory and empirical formula, according to the results of numerical simulation to form the cuttings volume concentration and solid experience in hydraulic drop model. Found the drill string rotation on the influence law of concentric annular pipe, at the same time makes the cutting edge of the rotating direction and in the annulus is asymmetric distribution, and reduce the annular cuttings concentration and fixed hydraulic pressure drop, the change in the Angle, cutting into concentration, diameter of cuttings, the influence of drilling fluid velocity and viscosity, but when the speed reaches the critical value, its effect is not significant.
