Proven oil reserves in our country at present, belongs to low permeability reservoirs has amounted to more than a quarter, developing geological reserves, belongs to low permeability reservoirs only one over ten of the reserves. Through many years of production practice, the domestic and foreign each big oilfield according to different reservoir characteristics formed a relatively mature features low permeability technology to increase production. But due to the low abundance, inefficient oilfield reservoir physical property is poor, and strong heterogeneity characteristics, nearly a third of the oil well production in a few years under the single well output dropped to 1.5 tons, old well low level, low flowing pressure, fluid productivity and productivity index declined, but some blocks by micro fracture development,the main to the well water fast, cause improved after water flooding along the fissures, lateral Wells after pressure rise, basic doesn’t work well or long effective period etc.Development blocks in this paper, the statistical analysis of oil well plugging mechanism,perfect and promote the Jurassic bottom water reservoir with small, small, small sand fracturing technology, and the formula of fracture system, temporary plugging agent,chemical plugging agent, acid system performance and adaptability. The inefficient use of chemical water plugging in oil field, small-scale fracturing, reservoir acidification, temporary plugging acidizing depth profile control, electric detonation broken down technology improve the single well production inefficiency oilfield; Summarize the construction effect, improve and optimize the water shutoff technology, solution type single situation, system characteristic stimulation technology. Through the research and extension, improve the measure to be efficient and inefficient oilfield measures increased amount of oil. Measures are efficient to 90%; Old well measures the average single well oil increase 1-1.5 tons/day;Old well control within 12% natural decline rate and composite decline control within 7%.
