With the deepening of the degree of water flooding development of Fu Shan oilfield, the block has highlighted three obvious contradictions:1.Due to the factors such as plane heterogeneity stronger, cause large difference of injection-production well group of response, the effect of part of the oil and water Wells of water flooding is poorer, governance is difficult; 2.The heterogeneity of each group oil reservoir on the vertical is strong, general water injection has big difference between layers, likely to cause a single dash. High permeability layer’s suction is strong, low permeability layer’s suction is less, the effect of correspond well is poor; 3.Under the factors of reservoir pollution and poor physical properties, part of the injection wells of Huachang block has high pressure,water injuction is difficult. Influence the effect of water injection development.In order to solve the three contradictions,this thesis do research on logging, core analysis and test data, established model of porosity, permeability, oil saturation, shale content,finished the 170 wells’ interpretation in the studied area.Useing oil-water discriminant chart and conventional well logging curve analysis method to completed oil and water layer identification of the research area. The coincidence rate of identifying oil-water layer is 92.86%, discriminant chart accuracy is 85%. On the basis of well logging interpretation, the reservoir heterogeneity have been studied in detail, including layer and interlayer, plane and interlayer insulation, thus to provide theoretical basis and data support to improve the oilfield water flooding effect.Using the combination of Geophysics, sedimentology, petrology and other disciplines theory, the following conclusions are obtained, destination layer is divided into 5 reservoir groups, I oil reservoir group is not divided, Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ is divided into 8 small layers, V is divided into 10 small layers; average effective porosity is 14.2%,horizontal permeability is 46.55×10-3μm2; using the volume method to calculate the geological reserves of 6 fault blocks is 795.39×104t; the heterogeneity of Ⅱ、Ⅳ oil group is relatively weak, the heterogeneity of Ⅰ、 Ⅲ 、Ⅴ oil group was relatively stronger.
