Circulating fluidized bed (CFB),a type of clean coal combustion technology, because of its performance,such as fuel wide applicability, strong load of regulatory and excellent environmental characteristics, obtained the rapid development in our country. With large capacity and high parameter boiler development and improvement of environmental requirements, is especially valued for CFB desulfurization effect; At the same time, because there are quite a number of existing CFB boiler cannot achieve desulfurization emissions standards, so as to the discussion of CFB furnace desulfurization technology and the characteristics of the pollutant emission research has practical significance.This paper probes into the circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace combustion desulfurization mechanism and the reaction process, combined with the problems existing in the process of CFB unit in the actual operation and carries on the corresponding reform, by study of the system of long-term research, test on flue gas pollutants adjustment of conclusions.This article first analysis of the circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion process, this paper expounds the fuel in the combustion process of the desulfurization mechanism, the paper mainly discusses the influence factors of desulfurization characteristics; Discusses the coal particle combustion in the furnace sulfur content precipitation and discharge of the main process and the circulating fluidized bed temperature, Ca/S ratio, bed material circulation ratio, particle size of limestone, boiler load and so on influence on the desulfurization performance; Choose the north of 690 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in one power plant as the prototype, the modification of the desulfurization system, aiming at several typical factors affecting the desulfurization, bed temperature, efficiency of separator, limestone industrial test research and demonstration system reliability, etc; And put forward to desulfurization bed soft bed material circulation ratio to represent the best value range of influence factors, the same kind of CFB design and practical operation of all; In addition, in view of the north 690 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler unit in one power plant burning process of SO2 and NOx emission reasonably adjust the dynamic characteristic test, research and analysis of the limestone system reform’s influence on the normal operation of CFB feasibility and advantage of features.Reform before and after the test results show that:in this paper, more accurately reflects the circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace combustion process of SO2 emission characteristics; And combustion adjustment on the experimental study of the effects of NOx, turns out to be more successful, and also the concentration of SO2 and NOx emissions in flue gas will be below 200 mg/Nm3,which provides the CFB control pollutant emission test reference.
