Nitrogen oxides is one of the major air pollution, and the main reason for acid rain and chemical fumes, does great harm to environment and human body.Coal-fired power plant as the main source of emissions of nitrogen oxides, its denitration transformation becomes an important measure to control massive emissions of nitrogen oxides. This paper takes 330 MW subcritical unit coal-fired boiler denitration technology as the research objects, On the basis of the introduction in the working principle of the flue gas denitration technology, conducts comprehensive research on the selection of denitration technology, system design and key technology, Confirmed using liquid ammonia as a reducing agent in the denitration of SCR technology. The aim of flue gas denitration system is summarized, and the design requirements and basic parameters of the reconstruction project are put forward. At the same time of increasing denitration system, making a series of transformation for the older flue, fan, air pre-heater, boiler steel structure and so on. In order to meet the demand of safety, economy and environmental protection in the the power plant. The optimization strategy of denitration efficiency and ammonia escape was studied by means of mathematical fitting. Transformation after the completion of the monitoring results show that the 2 sets of coal-fired boiler nitrogen oxides emission concentration meet the emission standards. The research achievements of this paper through the engineering practice and optimization, could be used as a reference for similar type units, has provided valuable experience for our country denitration project.
