In this paper, the use of program control heating experimental device, TENSOR infrared spectroscopy and DSC differential scanning calorimetry experiments to study Ruian lignite, Wudong weakly caking coal, Jinniu cattle coking coal, Zhaozhuang lean coal and Guanshan anthracite produced in the oxidation process of gas, changes of functional groups and put heat on the macro and micro to further reveal the spontaneous combustion of coal oxidation law. According to the results analysis, coal spontaneous combustion due to oxidation of functional groups of the side strand breaks, resulting in index gas, functional group type and content changes and the release of heat, each index gas generated therein concentration increases with increasing temperature, infrared fat structure absorption intensity with temperature weakened, infrared absorption intensity of oxygen-containing functional groups increases with increasing temperature, and the heat release increases with increasing temperature. Slow oxidation stage at a low temperature, fewer indicators such as CO gas generation amount, fat absorption peak structure suddenly suddenly small, heat loss through the coal body to slow oxidation, has undergone a long temperature range and generate less heat; in the accelerated oxidation stage, as the temperature gradually increased, indicators such as CO gas generation amount increased rapidly accelerate the absorption of fat structure and reduce the oxygen-containing functional groups increases the absorption peak heat release increases also accelerated; entering the combustion early stage, with the the temperature gradually increased, indicators such as CO gas generation amount of accelerated growth, coal experienced a small temperature range and produced more heat; in the combustion stage and burn-out stage, as the temperature gradually increased, CO and other indicators the concentration of gases and growth to gradually increase to the maximum, and then as the temperature gradually increased, indicators such as CO gas decreases rapidly with a concentration in the atmosphere close to the respective gas components. In addition, for weakly caking coal spontaneous oxidation experiments under different wind conditions, with the air volume increases, the concentration of weakly caking coal spontaneous combustion gas generated in the process is gradually reduced, and the oxygen concentration increases.
