With the rapid expansion of electronic technology, the electronic equipment’s high performance 、 miniaturization 、 integration degree are higher and higher, heat dissipation problems are more and more emergency. How to increase the sink’s cooling area is an important research direction. Compared with fin type sink, needle rib sink’s cooling area increased significantly, but restricted by it’s forming method, the increase of needle rib’s height and fineness ratio is limited. Existing study has put forward a kind of manually weaving textile structure sink,although solve the height and fineness ratio limited problem, however it’s weaving efficiency is to low to meet the needs of mass production.Mass production has high requirements of weaving efficiency and products’ appearance quality, so it needs perfect weaving process. Therefore, this article first explores the textile structure sink’s automatic weaving process. First improve the rapier loom, the main improvements includes: increase the number of cylinders, adjust the sley’s movement angle, reduce the height of nylon block to increase the shed size and beating-up force, enable the rapier loom to adapt to the textile structure sink’s automatic weaving. And then we try to do automatic weaving, for the issue of weft insertion, automatic weaving cannot going smoothly,which leads to bad sample shape.In order to solve the problem, this paper then use FME(C) A method to analysis weaving system to find out the system’s vulnerabilities, then improve loom and adjust process such as:adjust the height of back-bearer; increase the weft insertion device’s steel ringweight; increase weavingdensity, reduce computertension, adjust thedelay time weft cuttion and beating-up speed to make automatic weaving impossible. Then analysis the needle rib forming process to find that:needle rib formation is influnced by weft’s clamping action strength of hair root,the bottom’s roughness is influnced by the length and distribution of organize’s float long-term, then design the joint junction double-deck organization to insure good formation of textile structure sink.For the mass production and later using, it’s necessary to put forward some evaluation indexes to evaluate the products’ quality, but textile structure sink’ material 、 structure and processing method are different with commonly used sink. So the existing quality evaluation system can’t used to evaluate textile structure sink. So this article refer to existing relevant sink quality evaluation standards and literatureto statistical evaluation index of using standards to summarize and classify, combining with the characteristics of textile structure sink to build quality evaluation system from three aspects─material、structure、performance, the evaluationindex cover from chemical composition, appearance、mechanical properties、thermal properties、electrical properties 、 installation performance 、 environmental performance to packaging and transportation, we also put forward some evaluation methods and relevant requirements, and finally build a quality evaluation system for textile structure sink to lay a foundation for its mass production and products quality evaluation.
