| With the development of economy and the demand of the consumer about personalized and customized costumes, Chinese designers’ brands continue to grow. Also, the further commercial prospect about above area is getting brighter. However, the problems, like lack of commercial management experiences and wide range of target users, low commercialization of design products, and low rate of media exposure, are still existed. Therefore, D2 C Integrated Platform gives designers a new development direction. With the rise of economic commerce, consumers have another status as users. D2 C Integrated Platform also makes online and off-line sale integrate.This research uses data analysis method, questionnaire survey method, and contradiction analysis method to analyze, survey, and compare users’ experiences about D2 C Integrated Platform. With further market survey, this research aims at providing recommendations of D2 C Integrated Platform based on the user experience, and finds a new development model of combining of commerce and designer’s brands culture. Also, it can guide designers uses D2 C Integrated Platform to design products to cater to consumers.The research conclusion is as follows. The importance of feedback information for user’s experiences is that through user’s experiences, designers will pay more attention to the design’s using purpose, and the products will convey the inner imagination, experience, metaphor and the life concern. Therefore, designers’ products can more easily get consumers’ recognition and market’s acceptance. The writer chooses three representative D2 C integrated platforms for analysis, makes a market research, and writes a questionnaire with 16 questions based on D2 C integrated platform. The three examples are DONG LIANG independent designer brand shop, BO HE NUO MI CHONG China original design concept store, D2 C MALL global design integration platform.Through the analysis of the questionnaire, users’ requests to the design point of clothing products of the D2 C integration platform from strong to weak descending order are: clothing style design, clothing personalized design, clothing design style selection, fashion and fashion design, clothing fabric, pattern design, clothing collocation design, and clothing color design. Therefore, key points of designers’ further products and development focuses of D2 C integration platform are well clear, which should base on users’ feedback of design clothing. In this paper, the research of product design based on users’ experience which can do better understanding about consumers’ needs of online and offline, so as to better serve in apparel product design. |
