In Recent years, Thin-superfine Steel Pipe is widely used in many fields, such as medical devices, Microelectromechanical Systems(MEMS), precision optical circuit, precision electronic equipment, Aero-precision Parts, etc. With the improvement of the accuracy requirement of the machine, the demanding of varieties precision index is becoming more and more harsh in all areas of thin-superfine steel pipes, but thinsuperfine steel pipes has its unique properties in the straightening process of straightening theory, Straightening of tube is difficult because of the small diameter,intermesh and flattening, straightening of tube must be bent repeatedly to make it straightened; the difficulty with thin- walled is that straightening of thin walled tube bending involves pipes contact non- linearity and material non- linearity research,that a set of reasonable establishment and calculation of straightening theory and the straightening parameters need to be solved.Based on Matlab, which calculates the hyperbolic roller, unidirectional bending roller shape and anti-biaxial bending roller shaped profile parameters of the three roller shape, and arrange three straightening scheme namely traditional ten roll hyperbola roller shape, concerning the roller respectively placed but the bending or double reverse bending roller system design. Based on the FEM software ABAQUS, comparing XY straightline deviation、radial deviation、residual stress and straightening force, made the conclusion that different straightening roller systems applied to different working conditions.Based on the existing ten-roller straightening machines,with the finite element software-Abaqus, building the Finite Element Model of straightening, and research on straightening dynamic simulation was performed according to different diameters of 3mm,3.5mm,4mm,4.5mm and 5mm; different thin- wall fluctuation thickness of 0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3mm,0.4mm and 0.5mm; different materials of 304 stainless steel,316 L stainless steel,45 steel and 10steel; different roller spacing of 30 mm,35mm,40 mm and 45 mm. According to the straightening post-processing anasysis,calculating the different specification of the optimum parameters of the straightening and optimized, and deducing the calculation formula that suitable for process parameters of thin-walled tubes, and comparing with the previous technological parameters of the finite element simulation is to verify the accuracy of the formula.Finally, write of CASAMS based on Matlab GUI,roll shape and other process parameters calculation can be realized by changing different parameters,which intuitively reflect the dynamic change of the parameters in the process of straightening.
