Taking Natural gas gathering pipeline as the research object, combining theoretical analysis and CFD numerical calculation method, respectively carry out the thermodynamic calculation, the blowing away analysis of the condensed liquid droplets and the gas dew point calculation for the gas pipeline. If coating the gas pipeline to protect it against corrosion, the droplet radius on the inner surface of the pipe wall should remain in a range of 1mm to3.62mm; at a given pressure, the greater the moisture content, the corresponding dew point temperature is higher. Under low pressure, dew point temperature changes bigger with pressure, while dew point temperature under high pressure changes little with pressure.
