Submersible Screw Pump Production is a new mechanical oil production system development in recent decades, submersible screw pump is one of the key components of protector assembly, the pros and cons of its performance and reliability of the work and determine directly affect the safety and reliability of the entire submersible screw pump oil extraction system. Submersible motor protector assembly device in addition to meet the sealing, corrosion resistance, and must also ensure its wide temperature range(design temperature:-20℃ ~ 150℃), long life, impact resistance, anti-fatigue performance requirements. During operation, the spindle of protector rotates with the motor, subjected to axial stress, dropout of motor lubricating oil is inevitably during operation, during the protector capsule "breathing", affected erosion by temperature, the gas containing corrosive gas and well fluid, life will be shortened. So the design of the thrust bearing, the mechanical seal structure and the capsule is the key of the submersible motor protector assembly.This thesis is to apply to 2,000 m depth, 20 MPa pressure levels downhole submersible motor protector assembly as the research object, on the basis of the structure analysis of the existing protector assembly, suitable materials and design process, researched systematacially on the structural design of submersible motor protector assembly, Target to the reliable of mechanical seal structure, meet requirements with withstand stress and long life, Determine the submersible motor protector assembly design scheme. Against the problems of protector, proposed optimization design method. According to the protector design principles, computational analysis with the key structure, optimize the protector, make its performance meet the design principles requirements. Described in detail on the structure and working principle of the submersible motor protector assembly. The structure and work principle of the submersible motor protector assembly are introduced in detail, and the mechanics analysis models are built for simulation analysis on the main components, such as thrust bearing, mechanical seal structure with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, to analyze the thrust bearing by the axial force, mechanical seal structure under pressure working condition, explore the feasibility of the optimized design.
