In order to alleviate the current situation that water resources is increasingly nervous, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction of petrochemical enterprises is imperative. The treatment effect of saline wastewater restricts the final realization of wastewater zero discharge in petrochemical enterprises. The paper, which takes multiple effect evaporator(MED) that treats with saline wastewater of petrochemical enterprises as the research object, discusses the factors affecting the effects of MED processing, mainly introduces different ways of MED feed, and calculates process parameters of three effect evaporator with different feeding ways. On the basis of preliminary work, we establish a complete set of four-effects lifting and falling evaporation equipment that treats with saline wastewater in petrochemical enterprises. After full preparation experiment, we respectively explore the influence of equipment structure and operating conditions on the treatment effect. We get the following conclusions: First, through the theoretical analysis and calculation, consideration of applicability and economy, this experiment adopts the downstream feed. Second, through the research of lifting and falling membrane in equipment structure, we can find that the processing effect of lifting film evaporator is better when used alone, and its steam cost is lower. When combined together, the treatment effect of two-effects lifting model and two-effects falling and one-effect lifting model are better, and they all have higher thermal efficiency. In a certain range, the greater the number, concentration ratio and made water ratio is higher, and treatment effect is better; 3 effect evaporator has the highest soda than and thermal efficiency, and the cost of steam is lowest. To explore the influence of operating conditions, we get the following rules: the greater the material flow, the lower the discharging concentration, the water making ratio and concentration ratio is, the treatment effect is poorer. When the material flow is 100 l/h, soda than and the thermal efficiency is the highest, while the cost of steam is lowest. For material quality score, in a certain range, the greater the material quality score, the poorer the treatment effect is. When material mass fraction is 0.6%, the soda than is the highest, while the cost of steam is lowest. For steam flow rate, in a certain range, the greater the steam flow rate, the better the processing effect is. When the steam flow rate is 13.56 m3 / h, the soda than is the highest, while the cost of steam is lowest. Through the exploration of these basic data, operation law and investment cost, we lay the foundation for the technology of multi-effect evaporation used to treat with saline wastewater of petrochemical enterprises in China to realize industrialization.
