The riser with special outlet structure called combined restraint riser. Due to its special outlet configuration, the pipeline have a great vibration when in operating, which affected the stable operation of the system. It has been confirmed, the main cause of pipeline vibration is the pressure fluctuation, based on this, with the large-scale cold model experiment, to analysis the pressure fluctuation characteristic by time-frequency domain analysis method, get the following:At zero bed operation mode, the pressure fluctuation in the riser is characterized by low frequency / high amplitude and high frequency / low amplitude. The feed pulsation of the particle is the main reason of the pressure fluctuation in the riser, and the main frequency is within 2 Hz.At beds operating conditions, the pressure fluctuation signal is characterized by low frequency/high amplitude, high frequency/high amplitude and high frequency/low amplitude, the particle fluctuation and the special outlet structure lead to the gas fluctuation is the main cause of pressure fluctuation; the pressure fluctuation caused by particle fluctuation still within 2 Hz, and the pressure fluctuation caused by gas fluctuation are around 10 and 21 Hz; under dilute phase transport, the air flow is the main factor of the pressure fluctuation, in the fast fluidization, the particle pulsation lead the main factor in the bottom and the gas pulsation lead the upper part.The pressure fluctuation intensity along axial riser with the operating conditions changing, which is related to the flow states. At beds operating conditions, the special outlet structure lead to the gas fluctuation is the main cause that leading to the increase of pressure fluctuation. In operating, by increasing the ratio of solid-gas and solid concentration to decrease the pressure fluctuation caused by the gas pulsation.
