The large surface area of inorganic nanofibers arouse lots of attentions in the physics, chemistry, electronics and materials fields. Zirconia fiber is a kind of inorganic fire-resistant fiber, with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance,and low thermal conductivity. And it occupies an important position in the inorganic fiber materials., The electrospinning technology has become an effective method for producing the nanofibers in recent years. However, the traditional single needle electrospinning process have low efficiency and low yield rate, which severely restrict its industrialization process.In this paper, the Maxwell’s software is used to analyze the electrospinning jet device and receiving device model. The results show that the injection device and receiving device form influence of electric field distribution. By contrast, the electric field of the points-board electrode, the line-board electrode, the surface-plate electrode and the plate-plate electrode is investigated, the results showed that the point-plate electrode performance is excellent, it has uniform electric field distribution and field intensity range is small. Analysis of the plane board, the folding panels, the concave spherical cap and the convex roller device by Maxwell’s software, the results showed the convex roller surface electric field intensity is maximum. The roller surface field value can be increased by reducing the radius or length of the roller, but if the radius or length value is too small, the surface field intensity fluctuation is bigger and effective receive area is too small.The spinnability sol is prepared by electrolytic ZOC-HOAC system. The zirconia gel fibers with one micron in diameter to a few microns was prepared by means of electrospinning technique. After heat treatment, the sintered fiber surface is smooth,without fracture and air bubbles.The electrolysis process is simulated using the development module of Aspen Plus software. While chlorine and hydrogen produced by electrolysis for the synthesis of hydrogen chloride. Process simulation calculation results shows that the hydrochloric acid concentration of 31.0% or higher, to achieve the requirement of thecommodity of hydrochloric acid and HCl gas absorption rate reached 99.9%, meet the needs of industrial production.
