Development of new materials, reduce energy consumption and protection of the environment, realize the sustainable development of human beings, is one of the main option to solve the earth’s resources increasingly depleted and the deteriorating environment, which has become a major concern of people. Magnesium alloy is the lightest metal as structure material in the current using in engineering application with high strength, stiffness, thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, etc, and has a broad application prospect.Magnesium alloys have HCP crystal structure plastic deformation ability is poor in room temperature, the processing difficulty is higher, these problems restricts the development and use of magnesium which is a kind of green metal. Aimed at the lack of data, this paper has carried out several specifications of rolling plate mechanical properties of magnesium alloys is a full range of determination and microstructure study, combined with rolling process planning, analyzed the cause plank appear anisotropy, tension and compression asymmetry, non-affiliated plastic flow behavior such as the cause and the influencing factors.Made of several kinds of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet rolling the initial yield surface and plastic work surface, etc.Studied is in the view of the contact of rolling process and the microstructure of AZ31 sheet, the results show that using high temperature in hot rolling phase with big rolling reduction can make the production of grain fine, uniform organization, better mechanical properties.Based on the analysis of test results and classic crystal plasticity theory, established a constitutive equation considered the effect of Hall – Patch, and verified. Results show that the mechanical constitutive model, can better guarantee the accuracy and reliability.
