The Perylene diimide derivatives is a kind of important organic N-type semiconductor used to be a great potential applications in the field of organic optoelectronics, which has a very high rate of quantity of fluorescent and very good charge transport properties. Perylene diimide derivatives is a big plane conjugate system,which has a more outstanding performance, compared to others with the same properties of organic molecules on the thermal stability, light stability and chemical stability. It has been widely applied in the field of functional material, such as organic photoelectric materials, artificial receptors, molecular probe, organic nanomaterials, drug carrier and other fields. Its functionalization research has always been a hot direction of the researchers study, due to chaging its structure modification can alter its optical and the charge transfer properties. With the deepening of the research on perylene diimide derivatives increasingly diverse requirements of the nature of itself, the design of molecules are more and more complicated.There are many ways to modify the molecule. Based on these methods, in this paper, a series of molecules have been designed though adding three small different nucleophilic molecules(4-tert-Butylphenol, 4-Fluorophenol and Pentafluorophenol). And the way to introduce the different functional groups at the bay of perylene diimide derivatives has been found. The structural characteristics, optical and electrochemical characterization also have been represented. Further more, the inorganic molecular of Ti3C2 was added to the bay of perylene diimide derivatives to explore the properties and characteristics.Results show that the asymmetric perylene diimide derivatives can be obtained by design. The study of the molecules for multi-function perylene diimide derivatives were prepared. The hybrid molecule shows better environmental sensitivity. And the innovertive synthesis of a new kind of two-dimensional space hybrid molecules has been obtained.
