Beryllium bronze QBe2 is a kind of age hardening alloy, with good elasticity,plasticity, strength, no magnetism and other excellent properties, which is known as "the king of colored elastic materials", widely applied in many industries. According to the project requirements, in order to obtain a good performance of the elastic components. In this paper, it is analyzed and discussed that the microstructure of beryllium bronze QBe2 on the high-temperature plastic deformation behavior,properties and microstructure of beryllium bronze QBe2 which is heated treatment, by studying on properties and microstructure of the alloy thermal deformation behavior and heat treatment. The Research results show that:As the temperature rises, the flow force is reduced, and decreased with the loss of the strain rate. The flow force curve show an overall dynamic softening under the condition of 600 degree centigrade, 640 degree centigrade and 0.001s-1, 0.01s-1,the curve present especially dynamic softening in hot tensile conditions for600℃-0.001s-1. The flow force curve show steady flow type. the thermal deformation process of QBe2 beryllium bronze is analyzed under the condition of680℃-00010.01s-1. Under the condition that the temperature is 600680 degrees centigrade and the strain rate is 0.0010.01s-1, It shows that the thermal deformation activation energy of the alloy is =204.92KJ/mol, and the constitutive equation of Arrhenius type is that: ( )3.3419e =1.65′10 ésinh 0.01104s ùexp(-204920 / RT)? ?&With the increase of temperature, the tensile strength and elongation of beryllium bronze QBe2 were the first to reach the peak, and then decreased, hardness decreased during the aging process, but compared with the thermal processing of the original state, the hardness of the alloy is enhanced. As the aging time increases, the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increase first and then decrease.The comprehensive performance of hard QBe2 beryllium bronze alloy is best at the aging process of 240℃ for two hour, air cooling +400℃ for four hour, air cooling the tensile strength of the alloy is 833 MPa,the elastic modulus is 132.4GPa, the elongation is 17.7%.The comprehensive mechanical property of the alloy of step aging is better than that of the conventional aging. The annealing twin could be appeared during the step aging process, which is beneficial to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties the alloy. Along with the aging temperature is higher, the aging time is more and more, the length of the tumor like gamma phase isincreased, the beta phase is small and uniform. During the low temperature and long time aging, the high temperature and short time aging can improve the elasticity of the alloy, and the appearance of annealing twins in the grading aging can also help to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. It is found that the elastic properties of the best of the aging process which is hard state alloy/780℃ for 15 minute, water quenching +240℃ for 2 hour, air cooling+ 400℃ for 4 hour, air cooling. In this aging process, the alloy present good elastic performance after the reed keep 25 bend after90 o, Thickness of 0.15 mm, the arc angle is reported for hard state of QBe2 beryllium bronze spring bending moment value maximum, and thickness 0.3mm, arc angle of60 o reed obtained moment minimum value.
