The twin wire MIG welding process relative to the traditional single wire MIG welding process can greatly improve the productivity,is a hotspot in the field of welding research.Specially as the introduct of digital signal controller(DSC)and high frequence IGBT,the control method of twin wire welding device is much more flexible,and the twin wire welding process is much more abundant.Useing the TMS320F2808 controller and high power IGBT,this paper design and research a kind of incoporate twin wire welding device and welding process.This twin wire welding deivce include two isolate inverter which are installed in one case and controlled by one DSC,Such design makes the welding device has a great advantage in the ability synergy control.First of all,basee on the related literature,this paper introduced the current situation at home and abroad in the hands of welding speed and productivity,the phase relationship,the interaction of two wire,the welding power sourec and so on.In the chapter two the twin welding welding power sourece is divided into four part,the main control board which is used to process input and output signal about welding control,the wire feeding mechine driver board,the inverter driver board and main circuit of inverter.And the four part of the welding power source are analysed in detail.Then the control software of the twin wire welding process is be researched and desgined.The struct variable and pointer are used to optimize the sofeware and phase control sofeware is put foward.According to the characteristics of PI contol unit the paper propose the Integral parameter adaptive control algorithm.A new welding waveform named Twin wire sine pulse MIG wedling wave(TSP-MIG) is desgined and used in the twin wire welding.After the introduction of twin wire welding system,the influence of TSP-MIG parameters for the stability of twin wire welding process and welding bead is be studied.Then the TSP-MIG waveform is used in the high speed welding and it achived a good result.
