In the situation of inherit and carry forward the cultural protection nowadays,the ancient and splendid cultural heritage of China has been a common concern of the state and society. Modernization and development of globalization, we need to strengthen the emphasis on culture protection. Intangible cultural heritage and tangible cultural heritage are all belong to culture, the inherited of intangible cultural heritage and tangible cultural heritage has closed related with various ethnic’s life.This paper devotes to the study on the coordination and protection of traditional production technology of Yulin bean curd and related traditional architecture. The traditional production technology of Yulin bean curd is a provincial intangible cultural heritage, which has a long history and culture. The first part of the paper is to expound the geographical characteristics, human environment and traditional architecture of Yulin, also to analysis the history, development and current situation of the traditional production technology of Yulin bean curd, that under the background of the domestic and foreign protection of intangible cultural heritage. Based on these aspects, the other part of the paper takes example of the Banpo workshop, makes the study on the relationship betweens traditional production technology and related traditional architecture of surrounding courtyard, house, interior and so on. Also it has proposed related specific protection principles, methods and measures. From all angles to study could lead a meaningful way to protect intangible cultural heritage and tangible cultural heritage.
