Research On The Key Success Factors Of Xi’an Construction Waste Recycling

With the continuous development of the infrastructure and the real estate industry,as well as the frequent demolition and renovation activities of the urban villages and the shantytowns of Xi’an,leading to the construction waste has grew dramatically,which is generally shipped directly to storage for disposal of construction garbage yard stacking or landfill summary,takes up a lot of land,causing a series of environmental problems.But the disposal method of Xi’an,construction waste is simple and traditional,is generally shipped directly to the construction waste disposal sites for open storage and simple landfill,taking the massive land resource and causing a series of environmental problems.Construction waste resource has become an effective way to protect the ecological environment and sustainable development of social economy,how to improve the level of construction waste recycling,the key success factors of construction waste recycling is essential.This paper put forward the proposition of the key success factors of construction waste resources in Xi’an,which is based on the theory of circular economy’s 3R principle-“reduction,reuse,resource”.Firstly,explain the research background,introduce the purpose and significance of the study,as well as the domestic and foreign research status.The construction waste,cyclic economy and construction waste recycling and other related theories are described in this paper.Secondly,through the network information retrieval and field investigations,analysis and summary the situation of Xi’an construction waste generating source,removal,disposal and resource utilization,also analysis on the existing problems of construction waste resources in Xi’an.Thirdly,to collect the construction area of Xi’an,and other relevant data throughthe statistical yearbook of Xi’an,and to estimate the production of Xi’an,construction waste from 2005 to 2014.The grey-forecasting GM(1, 1) model was used to predict the yield of construction waste in Xi’an from 2019 to 2015.Fourthly,sum up the impact factors of the Xi’an construction waste circular utilization by a large numbers of literature reading,besides,quantify these factors and design the questionnaire.Then analysis the survey data by the way of the principal component analysis.At last,select 4key success factors according to the results of data processing,and puts forward some suggestions on the Xi’an construction waste resources.The research results of this paper can provide some references for Xi’an municipal government to formulate the policy of construction waste resources,also to improve the current situation of the Xi’an construction waste resources.
