Resource utilization of kitchen waste can not only optimize energy structure, but also alleviate environmental pressures. It has strategic and practical significance to the economic and social sustainable development, and will be the key developmental direction of the growing energy industry. In the process of real production, the primary business of enterprise is to ensure product quality and quantity. The reactor as the most critical part of the whole manufacturing process, so it is necessary to establish model for it and analyze its self-characteristic for choosing an effective control algorithm in the subsequent steps.First of all, the paper introduces the structure and control process of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR),and establishes model by using hydrodynamics theory after learning about its working principle and control requirement. And it analyzes the model stability of CSTR system in theory, The simulation results show that the middle temperature steady-state point is an unstable steady-state point.To analyze the characteristics of CSTR system further and conveniently,the mechanism model of CSTR is dealt with as non-dimensional of mathematical model. The simulation results show that the CSTR system has three steady-state equilibrium points and it has nonlinear characteristic. Meanwhile, it has proved that the steady-state point of Middle temperature is false stability state point once again.Secondly, according to the nonlinear characteristic that the CSTR system has and the requirement of quick dynamic response and good follow-up property that the CSTRsystem should have.In order to further enhance response characteristic of CSTR system,the least squares method be used in the control system on the on the basic of former predictive Algorithm, so get the adaptive NMPC algorithm whose core idea is using optimization algorithm to get the optimal control parameters.Then conducting the simulation research of CSTR system, and according to the simulation results analyzing the quick response characteristic of the control system.Finally, according to the control requirements practical project, the thesis completes the software and hardware design of lower computer and realizes the monitoring function of remote equipment control and process parameters with the help of configuration software.
