Cryogenic gas processing plant is a supporting engineering of natural gas development, ensuring that the depth of the natural gas development and processing capacity and overall efficiency. The natural gas industry belongs to high risk industry, with high temperature,high pressure, inflammable, explosive poisonous, harmful characteristics and it’s easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore, cryogenic gas processing equipment preventive maintenance is the key to ensure smooth production of natural gas development device security to reduce the probability of accidents and maintain social stability. Due to the complicated operation of cryogenic gas processing plant, maintenance repair has a short time limit for a project, tough task, team management level is uneven etc. So for cryogenic gas treatment plant,overhaul project management optimization analysis is to ensure the important guarantee of maintenance quality and efficiency.Experience of gas equipment maintenance management for many years has shown that optimization of maintenance management is the key to improve the efficiency of maintenance, to ensure the maintenance quality, progress, safety, and to ensure that the equipment maintenance long-term, safe, smooth and efficient operation work.Based on the study of ShiXi oil field gas treatment station’s cryogenic processing equipment maintenance management, combing with the relevant equipment maintenance theory and experience at home and abroad, we focus on analysis of equipment management and the characteristics of project management theory to form the theory of equipment maintenance project management. Maintenance process involves every link of natural gas device, and we use "project management" to overhaul the entire process, guided by the "Total Normalized Productive Maintenance" concept to promote participation, specification. And the theory solve the gas device equipment in overhaul organization, quality control, environmental protection, the completion acceptance, safety management, cost control, project optimization, materials management, and other problems. For the specific problem, we promote the specific optimization strategy to make maintenance relatively smoothly, improve the efficiency of maintenance, ensure the safety construction and shorten the maintenance time. In conclusion, the study can promote natural gas processing plant maintenance management level, and the certain economic effect, social effect can be seen to provides a certain theoretical support and valuable experience for the related industry. |
