Using the FLUEN T software up and down the structure of exports and central gravity oil water separation equipment structure was simulated work investigated these two structures under the oil-water separation equipment of gravity inside flat area, ramp area, and gravitational settling regional flow of fluid and the oil-water two-phase concentration distribution. The results show that these two gravity separation equipment oil and water phases exist within the clearer the interface, the upper oil content is higher, while the lower oil content is relatively small, oil-water two-phase separation have been better. Botto m outlet structure gravity separation device in the flat area between the plates from the bottom to the oil phase concentration increased, but the area of the swash plate along the inclined plate from left to right the oil phase concentration gradually increased, and the inclined flat plate structure described dispersed oil droplets against coalescence both have a good effect. In the central structure of the oil gravity separation equipment flat area between the two plates from the bottom to the oil phase concentration is gradually increasing, flat area on the dispersed oil droplets coalescence also has a good separation effect. In the swash plate and the upper and lower regions of the gravity separation equipment export structure compared to the structure of the swash plate coalescing separation effect is relatively weak, and gravitational settling regional concentration field over disorder, the oil port along with a small amount of water phase flow, therefore, the overall performance is lower than the upper and lower export structure.Meanwhile, the oil-water separation equipment internal arrangement of structura l components together on the separation efficiency was simulated results show that the use of flat, corrugated board, snake board, inclined baffle plates and structural components such as polyethylene, will be of decentralized phase droplet coalescence sep aration play a role, while oil- water separation equipment of gravity coalescence effects and hydraulic characteristics of poly structure arrangement with the different changes accordingly. In practice, the arrangement should be reasonable to increase the internal coalescing oil and water two-phase separation efficiency.Numerical simulation and results of the above analysis, in order to further develop efficient compact gravity oil-water separation equipment provided.
