| Horizontal garbage compressor is a kind of garbage compression device through the garbage feeding mechanism, pressing mechanism hydraulic system and other special device, garbage disposal equipment to achieve waste dumping, compression and loading function. The device has the advantages of small occupation, high efficiency, high compression ratio, simple operation and other characteristics has been widely used.Firstly, based on a horizontal garbage compression station as the research object, using the finite element method, ANSYS software as a research tool, using APDL language to build a parametric finite element model, hold claw mechanism, push the static analysis, optimization of lifting mechanism of the lifting force of hydraulic cylinder, of various institutions and push to hold claw structure optimization scheme is put forward. Secondly, nonlinear buckling analysis method, the buckling analysis was carried out on the push mechanism of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder limit load is obtained by using the theory of energy method at the same time, guarantee the accuracy of the finite element analysis, on this basis, further discussed the effect on the stability of the supporting device for hydraulic cylinder in the middle. Then, based on top-down skeleton modeling method in Pro/E software compression station of parameterized model is set up, based on vc + + software development environment, using Pro/Toolkit development tools, complete the Pro/E secondary development function. Finally, the application of Visual Basic 6.0, the development of cad software, Pro/E secondary development, the finite element analysis, the hinge points optimization, such as hydraulic cylinder stability analysis module is set in the software. In this paper, the content of the research, for horizontal waste compression station has great practical meaning to the design and production, reasonable optimization scheme has been put forward by the practical application, and obtained ideal effect. Aided design software effectively shorten product design cycle, the product seriation design. |
