The analysis of electrochemical signals have the guiding significance in the process of the micro arc oxidation, and the study on the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is the most important in the analysis of many indicators of the electrochemical signal. Because it can get lots of important information through the effective analysis of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. including the samples in the electrolytic tank corrosion specimen corrosion stage, the equivalent circuit is probably composed, equivalent device of the estimated values. Therefore, the measurement and analysis of electrochemical impedance spectrum of micro arc oxidation process was studied in this article, the specific work are as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the constructing procedure of the equivalent circuit in the process of the micro arc oxidation process, the measurement method of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy based on the Fourier transform, and the implementation process of measuring the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy based on of the Laplace transform.Secondly, studied the problems in the process of measuring impedance spectroscopy, We get the conclusion of the electrochemical impedance spectrum measurement method based on Laplace transform is better than the electrochemical impedance spectrum measurement method based on the Fourier transform and it can improve the measurement accuracy by increasing the number of sampling points.Again, Combining with the impedance spectrum theory and the theory of least square method we estimate the equivalent device parameters in different time periods,Based on these researchers can better master the process of the artifacts micro arc oxidation in facilitate the practical work through measurement of the impedance spectrum and the results of impedance spectroscopy analysis.Last in, measured electrochemical impedance spectrum of the aluminum alloy(6061) at different stages, then compared the experimental results with RST5200 electrochemical workstation for analysis of electrochemical impedance spectra we prove the feasibility of the method.in the last the experiments are carried out undering changing aluminum alloy(6061) algorithm and the change of sampling points, respectively, verifing the Laplace transform method is better and it can improve accuracy of the theory by increasing the number of sampling points, meanwhile estimating the size of the device equivalent.
