Research On Real Timeearly Warning Technology Of Coal And Gas Outburst At Heading Face

Coal mine gas accident is always the biggest threat to coal mine safety production in our country. Prevention of disaster of mine gas accident has become one of the key mine especially in high gas coal mine’s rise and fall. The use of scientific methods to realize the disaster of coal mine gas accident warning, is of great significance for preventing coal mine gas accident. This paper combined with the actual situation of the mine, using the spot investigation, statistical analysis, system structure, software design method of the development of the coal and gas outburst heading face real time warning system.In order to realize the real-time early warning of coal and gas outburst, to enhance the security level of the mine gas disaster situation, data collection, mine geology condition, at the same time safety monitoring system of mine gas concentration monitoring data were analyzed, emphatically analyzes the abnormal data points, strengthen the classification characteristics of various abnormal point. The gas warning indicator of classification, analysis curve variation over a period of time early warning index, find out correlation index parameter large building gas early warning index system. The use of gas early warning index system, the establishment of early warning indicators of Library of gas and gas concentration of basic database, combined with the actual situation of mine for adjustment and configuration of the final design, the early warning system of coal and gas outburst. The critical value of early warning indexes were determined through the early warning indicator screening, by the index of superpositions of dividing the early warning level. According to the construction of early warning index system of coal and gas outburst heading face design of real time warning system software, the software is mainly divided into outstanding system configuration files, early warning, monitoring data analysis of three function modules, finally has carried on the field application in Xinyi Coal mine.Field test results show that: according to the real-time diagnosis parameter setting, realizes the real-time monitoring of gas concentration and growth process of coal and gas outburst early warning, to verify the validity of the prominent early warning system, and provides the scientific basis for the accident processing and decision making.
