Chinese Kushui rose hybrids Rosa sertata and Rosa rugosa( Rosa sertata×Rosa rugosa),which is mainly for the extraction of rose oil. In the process of extracting the rose oil will produce a lot of rose water.But the detection of rose water component has not been reported. In this study, we discusses the detection of the primary components of Kushui rose water, the fingerprint of Chinese Kushui rose water by ultra high performance liquid chromatography and the detection of aroma components by gas chromatography. The results showed as following:1. Study on determination of six kinds of rose water by UPLC. The results show that the limit of detection of Linalool, citronellol, eugenol, phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, 4 – terpineol were 0.5mg/Lã€1.0mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€1.0mg/L, the linear range between 0.5~100.0mg/L. Its spiked recoveries were 86.72.0%~91.86%. The method can be used for the quality control of rose water, and provides support for the establishment of the UPLC Fingerprint of Chinese Kushui rose water by fingerprint peaks matching.2. In this study, first time established fingerprint of Chinese Kushui rose water by ultra high performance liquid chromatography. Using the fingerprint technique to evaluate the similarity between the different samples. The results showed as following: The values of similarity were more than 0.9 in samples which used by distilled, however, the samples purchased form markets, the values of similarity were very poor. This paper established the UPLC fingerprint of a rose water, which has stable, reliable and good repeatability, and the method can provide scientific basis for the establishment of Chinese Kushui rose water quality evaluation system and relevant standards.3.Rose water aroma components of Kushui qualitative and quantitative analysis by liquid-liquid extraction combined with gas chromatography. The results show that the limit of detection of eight kinds of substances linalool, citronellol, nerol, geraniol, benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, methyleugenol, eugenol were 0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€0.5mg/Lã€1.0mg/Lã€0.5mg/L. The linear range between 0.5~300.0mg/L. Its spiked recoveries were 77.06%~98.00%. |
