The characterist ics of high calc ium and high CO D, the ge lat in wastewater was diffic ult to be treated and the problem o f large a mount of e xcess sludge. This paper studied the effect on activated sludge reductio n by bio logica l pre-acid ificat ion treatment for gelat in wastewater, discussed the met hod of s lud ge reduct ion mecha nis m w it h t he sequenc ing batch reactor act ivated s ludge process, ana lys is o f microbia l diversit y in activated sludge by using high- throughput sequenc ing techno logy. B y shak ing bed biolo gical pretreatme nt acid and hydrochloric ac id to adjust t he p H va lue of t wo kinds of pretreat ment acid ificat ion exper iment was carr ied out. O n the act ivated sludge treatment process of ge lat in wastewater by different pre ac idificat ion met hod on the re mova l rate of C O D, MLSS, MLVSS, SVI and inorganic ash influence, and by I llumina Miseq stud ied shaking shock bio logica l pre ac idificat ion reactor activated s lud ge microbia l communit ies.Experime nta l results show that by shaking bed biolo gical pre acid ificat ion and gelat in wastewater p H va lue can be reduced fro m raw water of 11.8 7.4%, CO D content fro m 1058mg/ L fe ll to 671mg/ L, and improve t he biodegradab ility o f wastewater. From the beginning o f the 7th cyc le, shaking bed pre acidificat ion reactor CO D remova l rate was significa nt ly higher tha n that of hydrochlor ic acid to adjust p H value in the reactor, and the 15 th cycle and 19 th cyc le respect ive ly reached 90.4%, 90.5%.Subsequent activated sludge treatment process of MLSS, MLVSS was significa nt ly decreased, and hydrochlor ic acid to regulate p H acid ificat ion pretreatment reactor compared w ith M LSS, MLVSS were much less,reduct ion rate respectively were increased by 49.3% and 46.6% 。At the end of the activated sludge in still have a lot o f Vort icella and Epist ylis and go to the final effluent C O D remova l rate can be reached 90%, good effluent e ffe ct, a sma ll a mount of res idua l sludge, also due to the reactor to ma inta in at low p H to avoid aeratio n C a C O 3 precip itat ion, inorganic sludge ash reduct ion rate increased by 58.2%,inorganic sludge ash reduced 1310mg/ L, is hydrochlor ic acid to regulate p H ac id ificatio n pretreat ment reactor about seven t imes, has obvious contr ibut ion o f sludge reduct ion.The microbia l community divers ity of activated sludge was ana lyzed by Miseq sequenc ing method based on 16 Sr RN A gene. Sequenc ing results showed that the act ivated sludge microbia l species were rich in the running process, the doma in Bacteria(175838 high qua lit y sequences) contains 14 phylums, which Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria, Pla nctomycetes, Actinobacteria is the dominant species in activated sludge, but different cyc les accounted for proport ion is significa nt ly d iffere nt. It shows that the changes of enviro nmenta l condit ions in t he course of operat ion w ill have a certain effect on the microbia l community.
