In this paper, one mining area dual lane arrangement face of Jing Fu mine as engineering background, through the use of FLAC3 D numerical simulation method study rock stress and plastic zone of different widths coal pillar during the two-lane driving and twice mining face get reasonable width of coal pillars of dual lane arrangement face. Through combined method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation proposed roadway under dynamic pressure control technology and determine the bolt(cable) support parameters of the 15101 return air roadway and 15201 into air roadway and reinforcement program. And it has been successfully applied in Jing Fu mine engineering practice, made the following findings:(1) Using numerical simulation method to analyze the roadway surrounding rock stress and plastic zone distribution, respectively under the influence of mining of double roadway excavation interaction stage, a stage of recovery and secondary recovery phase of the three phases when dual lane roadway is arranged in sections of different widths coal pillar. Considering the stress and plastic zone distribution of these three stages, the final determination of reasonable width of coal pillars is 7m.(2) Under reasonable width section pillar, theoretical methods for dynamic pressure roadway stability study analyzed the 15201 into the air roadway in driving roadway, two mining face, and time factors, stress characteristics and deformation evolution of roadway under dynamic pressure, proposed the principle of surrounding rock loading and unloading and provide a theoretical basis for the surrounding rock control technology.(3) Through the study of stress characteristics and deformation evolution of roadway under dynamic pressure, based on bolt support for coal crushing rock good mechanical properties improvement, and can well adapt to the large deformation characteristics of surrounding rock, determine the use of high strength, high prestressed bolt(cable) support system, the use of bolt support dynamic system design, numerical simulation analysis method combines specific production Jing Fu mine geological conditions determine reasonable roadway support parameters. At the same time, through the analysis of 15101 mining face dynamic stress law, determine the corresponding strengthening support programs.(4) The above research results are applied successfully in Jing Fu mine 15201 face, and provides a reference and basis for future mine production under similar conditions.
