| Mining roadway layout and support in thick coal seam is one of the important problems that need to be solved in the mining of deep thick seam, at present. The position and arrangement of the roadway layout in the bottom layer will have a significant impact on the entire production process when the upper level mining is completed and the roadway caving is re-stabilized. In this paper, knowledge of mechanics theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and theoretical calculation method are used to systematically analysis the roadway surrounding rock stress distribution and deformation characteristicsafter the completion of the upper bits of mining, which based on the geological conditions of surrounding rock of completed and re collapse stability after the upper coal mining. The stress distribution and the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway under different arrangement are studied and analyzed, and the deformation and failure mechanism are revealed.On the basis of the above, the deformation control technology of roadway surrounding rock under different roadway layout is designed. The main achievements are as follows:(1)The law of stress distribution and the deformation and failure characteristics of the coal pillar in the upper layer are studied and analyzed, and the basic condition of the stability of the coal pillar is presented. On the basis of the above analysis, the reasonable formula of the size of the upper and lower layer is derived.And the reasonable size of the upper and the lower position to keep the roadway coal pillar is 20m, the lower level is 10m.(2) Building theoretical model of half plane body boundary by applying thetheory of elastic-plastic mechanicswhen the boundary under uniformload. Researching and analysis of the upper coal seam mining floor abutment pressure distribution characteristics. Reveal floor failure mechanism. The expression of the maximum depth of floor damage is derived.(3) The expression of reasonable position of roadway layout in the lower layer is derived theoretically.Application of FLAC3D analysis software to simulate the lower bit of roadway type, fault type and vertical layout of stress distribution, deformation and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rock.Concluding that the reasonable error distance of the internal fault type roadway layout is 7m, and the reasonable distance is 3.5m.(4) According to the characteristics of the roadway layout, the surrounding rock stress and deformation of the thick coal seam mining, the corresponding surrounding rock control supporting scheme is designed.Through the simulation analysis, the effect of the support scheme is remarkable, which can reach the design requirements. |
