Dust is a dust separated from the flue gas dust out of the device, which is commonly used in industrial boilers and flue gas cleaning equipment. With the frequent occurrence of environmental problems all over the country in recent years, especially the haze problem, people on the industrial production process flue gas purification more attention. Self-excited wet dust precipitator as an important device, it has a simple structure, large capacity, easy operation and maintenance, and low cost, is widely used in the boiler combustion, mineral processing, cement production and other high-yield industrial process dust. Therefore, how to more effectively improve the collection efficiency of the self-excited dust and dust inside the master state has very important significance.Relying on the research of the National Natural Science Foundation project "selfexcited dust and fine droplet formation mechanism of control", a self-excited dust as the research platform, through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, and other means of Self-excited dust filter dust collection means the process of forming and dynamic changes.Theoretical analysis stage, the research within several typical self-excited precipitator dust collection means(level difference, impulse water curtain, cut droplet entrainment of bubbles) forming processes and factors, as well as different collective fishing state, the principle of catching dust precipitator, dust removal efficiency, and dust particles of different sizes trapping effect that classification collection efficiency. Resistance loss also studied under different fishing collective state precipitator.Experimental research phase, under different initial level wind speed and air intake, the impact of the dust stream dust level, different forms of dust collection means(level difference, impulse water curtain, cut droplet entrainment of bubbles) formation and dynamic process. Two Self-excited dust collection means is the main difference between the level and form of liquid curtain in the form of an impulse, its status changes were characterized by throttling throw from the level difference and impact the liquid curtain and shed height. The effects of different initial level, the level difference between the trap in the form of a throttle level difference, and the impulse of liquid spilled from the screen capture form and shed height variation with imported gas velocity. Further experiments also verify removal efficiency under different status for different size capture collective fishing collective trapping effect.The initial level of imported gas and speed are the main factors in the precipitator dust collection means formation and dynamics, while the collection efficiency and pressure loss precipitator catch with different collective state also changes. Experimental study found that imports of the same gas velocity, the smaller the initial level, the more conducive to the formation throttle level difference, the more conducive to the arcuate channel inertia catching dust, and the smaller the impulse of liquid spilled from the screen, the more highly shed big, red intense contact with the cavity filling, the more conducive to droplet inertia, diffusion, adhesion catching dust. Experimental study also found that exposure chamber filter impulse fluid filling the screen, the greater collection efficiency of fine dust trapping better. However, with the decrease of the initial level of imported gas velocity increases, the greater the gas-liquid contact during the pressure loss, and therefore we need a reasonable choice of the initial level and imported gas velocity.
