| In recent years, the ecological environment problems in arid mining area is more and more serious, the lack of water and fertility is an important factor to limit ecological restoration. The paper based on Datong mining waste coal gangue greening as the research object, adopt potted water stopping method to simulation drought stress, four kinds of drought resistant materials such as organic fertilizer, water retaining agent, GGR and mycorrhizal agent are used, the research used orthogonal experiment method to quantify them. The improvement of soil properties and plant drought resistance under drought stress were studied in the experiment. The difference between different combinations of drought resistance were compared and analyzed. The main research results are as follows:(1) To analysis the soil indexes can be known, adding drought resistant materials can significantly increase soil water content, increase soil organic matter, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and other nutrients, reduce soil bulk density, so that the soil pH value and soil electrical conductivity at a normal leve. The correlation analysis results of each soil index showed that, the soil fertility index(soil organic matter, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium) had strongly correlated or extremely correlated(|r|>0.6) with soil pH and soil moisture, and between the fertility index had above strong correlation strength(|r|>0.6). The results of the soil index range analysis showed that, in theory the A3B2C3D1 combination is the best program. The experimental group results of SQI comprehensive evaluation show that, the SQI value of the fifth groups was 0.89, and the improvement effect was the best; the third group SQI value was 0.35, and the improvement effect was the worst.(2) To analysis the plant indexes can be known, adding drought resistant materials can significantly increase the leaf RWC value, increase the osmotic adjustment and soluble sugar production, lower leaf water deficit, reduce the damage of the cell membrane caused by drought and the production of harmful substances such as MDA, to maintain the normal level of CAT activity in plants, promote plant growth. The correlation analysis results of each plant index showed that, in addition to the chlorophyll index, the other plant indexes had above secondary correlation strength(0.4 < |r| < 0.6) with plant height growth, the soil spore density was closely related to the mycorrhizal infection rate of plant roots, both of them were extremely correlated(|r|>0.8). The results of the plant index range analysis showed that, in theory the A2B2C3D2 combination is the best program. The experimental group results of principal component analysis showed that the fifth group plant drought resistance is the strongest, the F value was 2.81, and the second was the ninth group, and the F value was 1.57.(3) To sum up, the research recommended group fifth(A2B2C3D1) as the best experimental quantitative combination. Cost analysis of the ratio of fifth groups of drought resistant materials, 60 cm high experiment of Pinus tabulaeformis per plant planting cost increased 0.73 yuan, accounted for 4.87% of the price of Chinese pine seedlings; 4m high engineering seedlings per plant planting cost increase 16.65 yuan, accounted for5.95% of the price of Chinese pine seedlings. |
