| Since the ancient times, economic development establishes on the consumption of natural resources and the destruction of natural environment. Since the reform and opening up in C hina, economy in Heilongj iang has experienced a period of rapid growth, however, the long- term extensive economic growth mode caused serious damage to ecological environment. The environmental cost represented by environmental pollut ion caused grievous negative externalit ies to people ’s living environment and vital health. As a big province of resources, in Heilongjiang how to improve environmental quality under the precondition of economic growth and to utilize resources chronically becomes the current hot issue under the new normal economic development.The article mainly researches the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in Heilongjiang province and the path of sustainable development. Firstly, the article selects the environmental pollution indicators of industrial waste water, waste gas and waste solid from 1981 to 2014 in Heilongjiang province to empirically analys is the shape of Heilongjiang Environmental K uznets Curve. Secondly, the article explores the causes of the shape of EKC according to the empirical results, queries and substantiates the past theories explaining the cause of EKC, therefore proposes the influence factors of special shape of EKC in Heilongjiang province according to the social and economic development in Heilongjiang province theoretically and empirically. Fina lly, the article establishes the Heilongj iang energy-economy- environment 3E system dynamic model considering the various factors influencing the economic growth and environmental pollut ion in Heilongj iang and proceeds the steady research on the 3E system to secure the sustainable development path in Heilongjiang, providing reference for benign coupling between the energy, resources, environment and economic growth in Heilongjiang province. |
