In the process of drilling, the harm of lost circulation is very big, serious lost circulation can lead to borehole collapse, drilling accident, blowout and so on. This can bring great harm to the drilling engineering, such as scraping the open hole. This can cause huge economic losses. Because of the complexity and variability of the lost circulation, the problem of lost circulation has always been a great technical challenge for oil drilling, people still failed to find a more satisfactory solution.According to some defects existing in the drilling plugging technology, Supported by the theory of shape memory alloys, we will design a new concept of drilling plugging system mechanical structure, and analysis the force condition of the major parts. Finally, we will design plugging system heating circuit:Through the understanding of the existing plugging technology, based on the site conditions of drilling and plugging, I have completed the mechanical structural design of the whole system, using the 3D design software Solidworks to establish and virtually assemble a three-dimensional model of flood protection system. I have accomplish the stress analysis of the parts which is the key to the bolt, based on the concept of reliability design, to establish structure and size of the bolt, to make sure the structure and size parameters of bolt in theory. By using the principle of orifice stress concentration, to deduce the maximum stress concentration and stress concentration area when the tensile stress is on the bolt, to provide theoretical basis for the separation of bolt. Using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to make limited element analysis static analysis to detect the diamond force of the spring net, and simulate the stress and strain when spring net is compressed under the situation of φ147 mm. Analyzing bolt stress distribution of annular slot when the bolt is under tensile stress, and verifying the difference between the bolts are under stress and the theoretical calculation formula.Based on the analysis, I developed the mechanical device of plugging system, and did the tensile test which is aims at the key parts—Separate bolt to prove the design system can realize the expected function.
