Water quality refer to people’s livelihood, People call increasingly high requirements for water quality along with the improvement of living standards. Prevent and control water pollution is paid close attention by people gradually, and quality monitoring terminal equipment become a research hot spot.According to the requirements of water quality monitoring equipment, an intelligent terminal of water quality monitoring was designed in this paper, which was based on DE2115 platform and FPGA architecture. This terminal got water quality parameters through multi-parameter water quality sensors, and observed environment surrounding the water source by video sensors. It uses Wireless network was used to communicate with web server to realize real-time data transmission and control.The intelligent terminal of water quality monitoring was designed according to functional requirements. The collection module, storage module, wireless transmitter module and web server module were developed around DE2115 development platform. The terminal set up and ran between each modules by Quartus II software and NIOS Ⅱ processor. HTTP sever was achieved on Micro C/OS-Ⅱ via TCP/IP Network Stack network software of Niche Stack. Acquisition Side was controlled remotely through Web server and achieved in the transmission and receiving of data. Combination of hardware and software makes optimization between each processing module and ensure the monitoring terminal operated normal.Testing results show that the terminal worked stable, realized the collection and transmission of data, receiving and controlling of Web server remotely. Meanwhile, it also can provide dynamic information about raw water for dispatching centers, it got the goal of raw water quality monitoring and early-warning.
