With the rapid development of 3D printing technology and the popularity of all walks of life, their researches and developments has become a very important subject which has been focused on in many countries. In the many different 3D printing process, Stereo Lithography Appearance 3D printing has high precision molding and forming speed, and the surface of printed parts is more smoother compared with PLA material model. However, photosensitive resin is the material generally used in Stereo Lithography Appearance 3D printing, and the parts after solidification do not have good mechanical properties and high temperature properties which also can not be used directly. Therefore, the problem of light curing materials has become the restriction of its development and application. Put B9 r type photosensitive resin as the base material. Through a lot of experiments to selecting different ratios of filler to modified photosensitive resin and to improve their mechanical and thermal properties after solidfication. Hope these modified photosensitive resin can be used in the field of prosthodontics, such as denture manufacturing, dental sand prosthesis manufacturing, and improve the accuracy of dental restorations and manufacturing efficiency.Put B9 r type photosensitive resin as the base resin material to develop two kinds of modified materials. The first group of filler material are corundum sand, silica and dispersant; The second group of filler material is nano-Al2O3, phenolic resin and dispersant. Trying different additive proportion of fillers and test their dispersion, viscosity, light curing rates system and the curing rate conversion. Combined with MATLAB and gray system theory, considering the degree of influence of various factors on the system finding the more appropriate proportion of filler added.Parameters of the preferred features of the two modified material, and test mechanical properties and thermal properties of modified materials. The results shows these two modified materials satisfies the requirements of the photo-curable and have short curing time and curing speed which is tested by Infrared Spectroscopy. The determination of the mechanical properties found that impact resistance and bending strength of two modified materials are significantly improved and the shrinkage also declined. Then test the high temperature performance of modified materials by high temperature sintering furnace. B9 r type photosensitive resin have been melting at 400℃ without adding any fillers, But the weight of the residual two modified materials are 65% and 50% and it remains relatively low rates of weight loss. Fused alumina-silica system is still has 50% weight of the residue when thesintering temperature reaches 600 ℃. Experiments show that high-temperature thermal properties of the modified materials has been greatly improved, and achieve the purpose of research. Then to 3D print the dental prosthesis with two new modified materials create by our group. It found that the accuracy and surface quality of 3D print dental prosthesis relative to traditional manufacturing has been greatly improved, and it shorten the production time more than a day. It has been verified by the hospital, the dental prosthesis print by using the two new modified materials meets the requirement.
