In this paper,we used natural gas processing device to dehydration 、 desulfuration 、de-hydrocarbon and purification treatment,at the same time to recycle the high economic value products such as liquefied petroleum gas and light hydrocarbons.In the Lunnan area of Tarim,the 400 thousand natural gas processing equipment has responsible for the associated gas and the non condensing gas processing tasks,and to recycle the liquefied gas and light hydrocarbon products.But we found the device have some problems such as the low yield of liquefied gas, debutanizer of abnormal operation, serious black smoke of venting flare during the operation.To solve the above problems,this paper This paper aims to improve the yield of liquefied gas, reduce the energy consumption as the optimization goal,on the basis of literature research,HYSYS chemical process simulation software was used to simulate the operation of the device,and based on the simulation model, the process parameters of the device are optimized by the method of case study.In this paper, the PR equation of state is chosen as the thermodynamic calculation method,and build the model of the feeding material flow in the device in HYSYS and some other models of multistage compressor, separator, heat exchanger, air cooler and tower,also had complied the HYSYS energy consumption calculation module for the lack of mechanism model in the molecular sieve dehydration process,and finally completed the whole process modeling and verified the reliability of the device in sequential modular method.Based on the simulation of the process model,to optimize the analysis of the pressure of ethane tower、the temperature of reboiler and the main feed temperature in order to improve the liquid yield of C3, increased to debutanizer liquid flow rate.To redesign the tower pressure,condenser temperature, the condenser temperature,reflux ratio and other operating parameters of the debutanization tower to improve the yield of liquefied gas device.During the analysis process,meanwhile,we should consider the energy optimization of compression device unit and the refrigeration unit to reduce the energy consumption of system operation.To conclude the optimal operation scheme theory of the full system.When the theoretical optimization scheme is implemented in the field,due to the existence of serious problems in the performance of the propane unit and the heat loss of the system,the minimum temperature in the recommended scheme can not be reached.to adjust the scheme with the method to obtain more cooling capacity by increasing pressure drop.The operation result shows that the adjustment scheme make the system of liquefied gas yield increased to 52.5% from 27.29% and the liquefied gas yield increased by 9.5t/d,and for the purpose of saving energy by reducing the outlet pressure of propane compressor and the temperature of the tower of the tower and the tower.
