China has a wide range of coal resources. The subsurface of some building and railways, even the water(referred to as “three under”) contains a large quantity of coal. However, mining of the “three under” is quite dangerous. In other words, a little careless will result in destructive disasters. Grouting technology can effectively reinforce the under earth mining out layer and prevent the occurrence of the disasters to ensure the safe and rational exploitation of the “three under”. The accurate measurement of powders, which directly affects the intensity of the powders, is the key factor affecting the whole grouting quality. In this case, this thesis puts forward and designs a series of weight measuring and monitoring system of ground grouting powder proceed from the ground grouting project. Compared with the traditional measuring technology, this system has improved the accuracy and speed of the measurement.First of all, it is introduced that the development and research status of the weight measuring technology of powders in this thesis. In combination with the grouting project, the thesis makes an explicit description of the technological process of the measuring and monitoring system and chooses reasonable metering method. Besides, the design and realization of the ash tank weighing are introduced emphatically in the thesis, too.Second, through an analysis of dynamic process of powder measurement, this thesis finds the error sources of the powder measuring and monitoring process. To eliminate the error influence, a dynamic mathematical model of the powders measuring is built, model parameters is estimated, signal filtering processing is worked using Kalman filter algorithm. What’s more, the thesis uses control of the dynamic weighing by iterative learning control algorithm and proves this method has effectively reduced the influence of all kinds of adverse factors to the weighing and monitoring process by computer simulation, which increases the weighing accuracy and speed.Finally, from the point of practical applying view, the design of hardware and software in the powders measuring and monitoring devices is made, including Data Acquisition Module, Controller Module,etc. and introduces the hardware circuit and software flowing chart of each module in detail. Then the whole development of thedebugging process is summarized, and through laboratory prototype test, verified the measuring result of the system is fine.
